“Kiss Me Amnesia”

Your first single and how you felt when it was released: 

I’m extremely excited for this first release. It’s my second song that I wrote for this EP and I can’t wait to release the rest of the songs from the EP. I’m thankful for all the comments and feedback. It’s not quite easy for an artist to release their work especially, when the stories are personal but I managed. It took a while though.

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

 My upcoming singles “Chameleon” and “Beautiful Disease” are my babies. “Chameleon” talks about being a people pleaser and being trapped in situations you can’t get out of easily. On top of fighting with the external difficulties, you are also fighting with your mind and soul.

“Beautiful Disease” is the first song that I wrote for these 2 EPs that are coming. It’s about obsession that leads to jealousy created by human thoughts, not  quite sure if they are all real or if they are just in your head.

The song that was the longest to write and why?

“Chameleon” was the song I spent the most time working on. The story is one of the most complex messages I try to send. It’s also the most difficult song to sing in this EP. I did a lot of research and interviewed a bunch of people to write this one.  I edited the song over and over again until I came up with the closest-to-perfect combination. I, myself, was and probably a little bit of a people pleaser still. I hope it could help anyone who’s struggling with being a people pleaser to potentially find the light in the tunnel and be free.

Your most emotional track:

“Chameleon” and “Beautiful Disease” are the most emotional and saddest songs I’ve written.

The best lyric you have ever written:

I”d like my fans to be the ones who judge this based on their preferences and which piece is related to them the most. I love all of my songs. They are different in their own way.

What we can look forward to from you this year :

I’ll release one more single and my full EP is coming out this year. I can’t wait for all my music videos and songs to come out. I’ve been working on this project for almost 2 years now and I’m feeling blessed and thrilled for this year.
