Zombie Bastards

This has a really jolly riff used throughout under a flood of darkish lyrics. It is an interesting concept and creates mixed emotions to the listener. It may not be the strongest Weezer song out there but the use of melody and tone will make you want to listen to it.

Piece Of Cake

The thing that is evidential from the first bar in this song Is the really beautiful use of the the piano – it is clear that both the sharps and flat chords are used throughout and it intertwines wonderfully. The lyrics are not the greatest but if you look past that abs listen to the musical set up you will truly appreciate it.

Too Many Thoughts In My Head

This song relies on the genre of rock intertwined with a pop style of essence and it really works well. It creates a jungle of musical impressions that really make your ears want to listen to every rhythm that is being thrown at them.

The Prince Who Wanted Everything

This song is a very interesting one on the album and is definitely worth a listen. It is a song that does what a lot of Weezer back catalogue welcomes and that is story telling. This song has a really interesting back story and the tambourine beat that intertwines throughout really makes a wonderful song. Give it a try as it really is one that creates imagination and has a very relevant beat to Weezer style.
