Screen Shot 2019-02-23 at 20.42.13Today we look at a game that was released on Nintendo 64 in 1997, it was published by Enix and Nintendo and was developed by Treasure. Mischief Makers was a side scrolling computer game that is based around a robotic maid called Marina.

The aim of the game is to be the character Marina and help rescue her creator from the emperor of Planet Clancer. The planet of Clancer is full of characters that all have really sad faces with bright red glowing eyes. In this computer game it is not your average 2D Platform side scrolling game as it also mixes in the formats of action and puzzle genres.

The game has five worlds and in those there are 52 levels including a mix of action only levels and others which are a mix with puzzles. The aim is to reach a warp star at the end of each of the levels to succeed. To defeat the enemies Marina can shake them, use weapons and ride bikes. Throughout the game you also have to fight a number of different bosses as well.

The game received a load of mix reviews and it was praised for its variety and its boss fights. The reason it received a load of negative reviews was because people were not keen on the shake shake move and also the fact of low difficulty as well.
