About: At the end of 2016, Tom Houghton made the transition from Improv Comedy with The Noise Next Door to doing solo stand up comedy. In 2017 he had a really successful year – not just appearing on the channel 4 show First Dates but also bringing a stand up show to parts of the UK and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival that made audiences laugh out loud to his unique life as to living in the Tower of London and everything else in between. Near the end of 2017 it was announced that he had been signed to Phil McIntyre Entertainment which is also represents huge UK acts such as Ben Elton, Ade Edmonson, Nish Kumar, John Robins and David Trent.
Near the end of March, the new comic on the block, is doing a run at the Soho Theatre in London as well as shows across the UK. The tickets start from £8 and with a unique stand up routine like this its only a matter of time that this comedy genius is going to rise up the platforms and be appearing on your comedy panel shows and bigger stages very soon
