GORDON RAMSAY WELLINGTON BITES
We all know who Gordon Ramsay is and how well established he is. In the United States his fame is on another level and he actually released a range of frozen meal. So I thought today we will talk about it.
In August 2023, it was announced that he was releasing a line of frozen food products called By Chef Ramsay. The meals were exclusively sold at Walmart. Apparently they were meals that held a personal place in his heart and mark comfort foods that he personally enjoys and represent a special part of his culinary journey.
Today we are looking at a frozen product that is the Chef’s take on an American favourite – the Chicken Pot Pie.
The dish has white chicken meat, a variety of vegetables including celery, onion, carrots and peas in a creamy gravy sauce topped with flaky butter pastry. It could be purchased for around $5.94 from grocery stores such as Walmart. Each box is one portion which weighs 283 grams and is 460 calories and 20 grams of fat. It can be cooked in the microwave or oven.
This has loads of really positive reviews online with many saying it is the best frozen pot pie they have ever tasted. The reviews all state that the meat is moist and that the flavour is really tasty.
