All year I have decided to keep a diary of tracks that I am enjoying so that maybe you can gain new ideas of tracks to listen to or even try out. So I thought what a great way to end the year and highlight some of the tracks throughout 2025 that I have enjoyed. Here are some of my favourite tracks from January to March.

10/07/2025 – The Weather, All Time Low
This is a song that is full of weather puns to connote emotions throughout, it has a catchy jingle with the guitars throughout. The chorus is catchy and sticks in your head after you have listened to the track. It is a good addition to the All Time Low back catalogue and I would recommend a listen.
20/7/2025- Red Guitar, Waterparks
Waterparks have been having a hard time recently as they were dropped by their record label, so it was a nice surprise to see a come back song! This track is different to their old music but ties in to the style of their other songs, it is catchy and you may not initially like it but it will grow on it.
23/7/2025 – Oblivion, Alkaline Trio
Alkaline Trio released a brand new single this month that was produced by Travis Barker. It has lots of heavy guitar riffs and a really catchy track and it is one that you will want to add to your playlists as it has a great sound it to it.
01/08/2025 – Fast, Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato is a musician that keeps changing their genre and that is what makes it really interesting. The song Fast is a great dance track for summer, it is catchy, has a great beat to it that you cannot help but want to dance to. It is a song that will be a great song to play loudly at a club.
10/08/2025- Glum, Hayley Williams
I personally find that Hayley Williams solo music can be very hit and miss and this is a song that I think will divide people but wanted to mention it. The song is a lot more indie acoustic compared to the last music she released but it still has it’s own unique twist to it that makes it very much her style. The lyrics are a really interesting listen, the one thing I am personally not too sure of is the high pitched voice that sings throughout the song, it is quite irritating and I think they have made the the pitch of her voice higher.
20/08/2025 – Hunting Season, Buffy Clyro
I came across this song quite late but all the same, I am really glad that I did. It is full of these really catchy guitar riffs, punchy lyrics and a great chorus. If you want to listen to a really good rock song then this is the track for you.
23/09/2025 – Depressed, Anne Marie
The one thing you can guarantee with Anne Marie is that her songs are catchy and always have a unique sound to them. This song has a sort of paradox to it, the lyrics are all about being depressed but the music has an uplifting feel to it. The track is catchy with the acoustic background.
24/09/2025- Disappear, Don Broco
The band Don Broco have a real talent of mixing really heavy elements of rock with lighter calmer bits throughout. This is a song where you have their electro feel and then these really heavy metal sort of areas in the track which make you explore their genre in a different light. This is a really interesting song as it takes you on a journey.
29/09/2025 – Particle Physics, Motion City Soundtrack feat Patrick Stump
If you are looking for a fun punk rock song then this is a track you may want to check out – it is one of those songs that will be really good on a road trip. It is full of lots of guitars intertwined with this fun electric sound throughout that makes this fun track that has hints of Fall Out Boy in it as well.
