One thing I get a lot of at this time of year through the Edinburgh Fringe Interviews is food recommendations from acts. I specifically ask the question so that readers have a vast knowledge of areas they could potentially visit when they are at the festival and may not know about.
I have been to Fringe quite a few times and I have been to Edinburgh a lot as well, so I thought over July I would give you a few recommendations of my own that you may want to visit over the Fringe season.

TING THAI
Today we are going to talk about a place that I personally love and go to a lot whenever I pass through Edinburgh or Glasgow I always make an effort to visit it – Ting Thai.
Ting Thai has two locations in Edinburgh and when it is Fringe season they also have a pop up location at the venues – you will have to check on this years plans to see where they will be located as I am not sure if they change every year.

I am not going to talk about opening times as it will vary on the pop up to the main restaurants. However I will talk about the food.
The menu is reasonably priced and has a good variety of food on the menu – everything from Pad Thai to Green Thai Curry. The pop up version of the restaurant has a limited menu but there is still a good variety on offer.
I have visited Ting Thai a lot of times, including the Fringe pop up and have always enjoyed every meal or dish that I have had. It is really good value and also will not make you spend loads of money on a really fresh decent meal.
