Every day this month we are taking a look at a variation of couples from different television shows. It is the month of ‘love’ so it in tradition we are looking at the world of relationships. There will be spoilers throughout so be warned!

Day 15 – Leslie and Ben,

Parks and Recreation

I am a fan of quite a few couples in Parks and Recreation but I felt that it would be fun to write about Leslie and Ben. There are quite a few things I really like about this relationship and today we are going to explore this.

The thing that I like about this couple is that they are super quirky and weird which makes them great. I also like that throughout their relationship is understated. They have some great storylines but the love does not take over the whole show – only when it actually has to. Instead they are both addicted to their jobs and allow each other to have a career and not make it always about the relationship.

They have some great moments in the show such as when they first get together, their wedding and the little gestures here and there. They are fun to watch whilst also being adorable.
