Today we are going to look at a song that was defined as the genre of Happy Hardcore and was a hit in the charts in the late nineties. Shooting Star was released on the 19th January 1998 by the act Bang! It was written by Nick Arnold.

Today we are going to look at a cover version of the song that was released a few years later.

The Flip and Fill version was released on the 15th July 2002, it was under the record label of All Around The World. The vocal on this version were performed by Karen Perry.

The cover version did well in the United Kingdom and went into the charts at number 3 in the UK singles and Dance chart.
