Today we are going to look at a cereal that was released to celebrate a very special birthday and that is the one and only Cap’n Crunch himself! Today we take a look at something pretty special.

In 2023, there was a huge birthday for a very special cereal icon – Cap’n Crunch turned sixty years old. To celebrate the big six oh, the cereal released a very special version of their cereal called Cap’n Crunch’s Birthday Crunch. The thing that makes this breakfast cereal interesting is that it is birthday cake flavoured.

Each serving portion is 38grams and they contain 150 calories in each bowlful. The cereal is made of corn flour, oat flour, sugar, vegetable oil and artificial flavours. The cereal is multicoloured as well. It could be purchased for around $4.78 per box.

The reviews online are reasonable and the taste of birthday cake apparently shines through in the cereal and makes for an unusual breakfast treat.
