Run For Cover – Sugababes

In recent years, Sugababes line up has gone back to the original, so let’s take a trip down memory lane and remember one of their singles that they released in early noughties.

Run For Cover was released 9th April 2001, it was written by the original trio Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan with the help of Jony Lipsey and Cameron Milky. It was released under the record label of London and was the third single from the debut album One Touch which was released in 2000.

The track did reasonably well and went into the top 30 in Germany (28), Scotland (17) and the United Kingdom (13).

I always enjoyed this song as it has a melodic chorus that is easy to get stuck in your head once you have reheard it.
