5/6/22 – I Hate Love, Kelly Clarkson (feat. Steve Martin)

I never thought that a duet with Kelly Clarkson and Steve Martin would work but it is one of the most catchiest tracks that I have heard this year and I think it is due to the chorus and the banjo melodies by Steve Martin. It is a fantastic song and I think in someways it highlighted to me what can be missing from modern day pop music. I think Kelly Clarkson can create some wonderful music and this is definitely one of the top tracks.

7/6/22- Lowlife, Yungblud

I find it really hard not to like a Yungblud song because they tend to end up being incredibly catchy. I find with a lot of their music you can hear the influences from older songs and this is one of those tracks that it very evident the musical hints to tracks from the eighties. It is a song that the more you listen to it, the more catchy it becomes, I was not sure of it at first but like everything the artist does, it grew on me.

19/6/22 – Algorithms, Kasabian

It is always exciting when Kasabian release new music as it is at a time where there is always something different around the corner. This track is really catchy and it is a song that the more you listen to it, the more catchy it actually becomes. It is a lot softer then some of their other tracks but it is the chorus that makes this song very striking.

20/6/22 – Halo, Pendulum, Bullet For My Valentine

As soon as i heard this song I automatically liked it as it mixes heavy style rock with a heavy drum and base style and it works incredibly well. It is a song that is incredibly addictive and the two genres compliment one another. it is a song that once I heard it, I have had it on repeat as it has a great beat to it.
