MOUNTAIN DEW VOODEW

Today we look at a drink that was released by the company Mountain Dew to celebrate Halloween and today we are going to take a look at this cleverly names drink. In October, it was announced that the company were re-releasing a drink called VooDew, a Halloween spectacular that has been in the market for four times in a year.

So why is it a drink that is so special and has returned more then once to the market? Well, one of the reasons could be because the flavour of the drink has always been a mystery. From reading online, I get the impression that every year the flavour of the drink changes so that the fans have to guess what it is every time. In 2022, it states on the Mountain Dew fandom page that the flavour was actually sour candy. There is a whole social media campaign all the way up to Halloween evening for the fans to guess. Each year the colour of the drink also changes. From reading online other mystery flavours include candy corn in 2019, fruit candy explosion in 2020 and fruit chew in 2021.

The reviews online state that the 2022 version of the drink was tangy and had a pungent candy flavour to it. There is also rumours starting to occur that it is set to return in 2023.
