Usually when you go to a destination for a short time like a weekend mini-break we never usually by the tourist card because we tend to walk a lot and not have a lot of time to explore. However, the Copenhagen before we even went, we were told by friends to buy the card and that it is a must when going there. I now understand why.
The Copenhagen card is one of the best ways to save money when you visit the capital of Denmark. Scandinavia is known for being quite pricey. So this is a great way to see the city. The cards allows you to visit 87 attractions and museums and most importantly at all,you get free transport. Which we found so useful.
You can purchase the Copenhagen card online and have the option of having a physical card sent to you or downloading the app. You also have a number of pricing options depending on what you need the card for Timewise.
We found this card incredibly useful as we used the public transport a lot and it was used all the time. We went to a couple of the attractions and it was nice to be able to get in. If you are more about seeing the museums and galleries this card will be really useful for you. However for us it was the transport that was the star of the card. If you do get the card be sure that you definitely come visit Tivoli.
