The Travel Book – The Travel Photos Pt.4

I love to travel but one thing I adore also is taking photos. Yes, I am that person who takes photos and videos at concerts – I have no shame because I know that I will watch those videos again. The other day I watched videos I recorded at a gig from 2011. I love having visual memories around me and when I go travelling I take a lot of photos.

I don’t just keep digital copies, I choose my favourites and get them printed. I have them scrapbooked and a handful of them I have on my walls. Over the next few weeks I am going to take you through my travel photos I have around my room and what they mean to me. In up and coming versions of this article I will look at some of my scrapbooks as well.

This week we will look at more photos of adventures.

Tortola

Tortola was one of the most prettiest places I’ve ever visited and this beach was the top of that list. It is the most perfect Paradise style Beach I have ever been to the beach was one of the finest sands, the sea was completely clear and it was amazing. You could see the jellyfish in the sea and even the Birds were flying and Diving trying to eat fish. Every time I look at this photo it makes me happy and want to go back.

Ponta Delgada

It may not be the most exciting photo but I really like it. I never knew much about the Azores but Ponta Delgada was a really interesting place and the one thing that really stood out to me was a decoration using the pavement in the rooftops. That is why I have a photo of it always expect the unexpected.

Chicago Bridge

Seeing this bridge in reality was amazing for so many reasons and not the ones you probably think. I love Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games and one of the levels are set in Chicago and this bridge became a big part of one of the levels. Seeing it in person was surreal and I really appreciated its architecture because of seeing he’s in the game and then in real life.
