CHECKERS FUNNEL CAKE FRIES
Today we look at a food that is available at a fast food chain in America. Checkers is one of the largest chains of Drive-In Restaurants in the United States. It is known as both Checkers and Rallys and there are approximately 900 locations including Alabama, Iowa, Virginia, Texas and New York just to name a few.
One of their delicacies that the chain is home to is Funnel Cake Fries. Funnel Cakes are a very popular in the States and Checkers has created some fun versions for customers to enjoy.
Funnel Cake has a long history in the USA and was brought over in 1879, it is made out of batter that has been deep fried and then is usually covered in powdered sugar. The basic version of the Funnel Cake Fries means that you receive 10 of them shaped like chips and covered in the sugar. If you want something a bit more adventurous then you can get them loaded with strawberries and cream.
The Funnel Cake Fries have received really positive reviews and people online who have tasted them praise them for being delicious and a must have.
