NEW FEATURE – Into The Archives….

We are currently putting on hold all Show Of The Week articles so instead we are delving into the archives with a few articles every Monday to make up for it. So every Monday we will be sharing a few interviews from our archives for you to read and enjoy – this is everything from the world of improv, to comedy to music. Enjoy.

Back in January of 2016, I was living in Newcastle training under The Suggestibles and one lesson was taken over from Niall Ashdown from Impropera and some very interesting skills were learnt.
“It felt like a great honour to have him teaching us as he taught us some vital information to think about when we were on the stage. “

Stand Up Comedy interview with Jon Farthing

Back in 2016, we spoke to North East Comedian and Spontaneous Wrecks player Jon Farthing all about what it is like to do stand up comedy.
“Possibly the worst thing however is when a set isn’t going well, and you know you have to plow through it. We call it ‘smailing’ – failing but still keeping a smile on your face.”
