Forgotten Songs!

Forgotten Songs! – This Week – Better Watch Out

There are so many songs that are out there everywhere then all of a sudden they disappear and you only hear from them on cheesy countdowns run by music channels over Christmas if you are lucky.

So roll up and welcome to Forgotten Songs where we celebrate these forgotten wonders.

Better Watch Out – Ant & Dec

It is what I like to call the forgotten Ant and Dec song as it is one that a lot of people cannot recall when they talk about their pop career. It’s funny, for me growing up, I knew this song more then Let’s Get Ready To Rumble and I had it on cassette as well with Dec pointing his finger with the words ‘touched by the hand of pop’.

Better Watch Out was the eleventh single from Ant & Dec aka as PJ & Duncan, it was released 12th August 1996 under the record label Telstar Records. The song was the released off the duos final album The Cult of Ant & Dec. The song did relatively well in the United Kingdom and reached number 10 in the music charts.

I used to love this song when I was a kid and I used to sing and listen to it so much – it is funny watching the video now as it is so nineties it makes me laugh. The lyrics are so bad but that was the fun thing about that era and pop music – it was all about cheese.
