Welcome to the article where we celebrate pop groups that you may of completely forgot about their music or may not of heard of them before and want to listen to something new! Today we look at the solo music career Mickey Graham.
He is from one of the biggest boybands of the nineties and has recently been on a farewell tour with the band but there was a time where the singer Mickey Graham from Boyzone released a solo album.
After Boyzone disbanded Mikey went and ventured into a solo career. The album that he released was called Meet Me Halfway and was published in 2001. The album has a lot of different influences but it is obvious that the predominant genre of the album is soft rock and country.
The album had a number of singles from it including ‘You’re My Angel’ – that went into the UK Chart at Number 13, ‘If You’d Only… (Make Up Your Mind)’ and ‘You Could Be My Everything.’
Mikey only released one album as apparently his record label dropped him. This wasn’t the end for Mikey because he has returned to the stage with Boyzone. So today lets have a look at his career as a solo artist.
