• According to Whitney Cummings, she was under so much pressure during this series that she rarely slept. An animator was hired to work on each episode frame-by-frame to remove the dark circles under her eyes.
• Beverly D’Angelo was originally cast as Whitney’s mother and even shot her scenes for the pilot, but she was replaced by Jane Kaczmarek and the scenes were re-shot.
