HOOPLA: The Committee Present

Description:

One of London’s hottest improv groups The Committee presents the cream of British improv. Every month they hand-select the most hilarious acts from the UK circuit for your viewing pleasure. Hilarity, variety and spontaneity guaranteed! Acts booked so far include performers from Showstoppers, Austentatious, The Comedy Store Players as well as top guests from all over the world.

Description:

Shaken Not Stirred: The Improvised James Bond Film – double-act Alexander Fox & Dom O’Keefe.

Dreamweaver Quartet invites you to close your eyes and open up your third eye. The room is dark, the incense is burning, the potion they gave you is taking you into a deep state of relaxation. Now tell us of your strangest dreams and they shall make them manifest through music, dance and storytelling.

Nu Z Land are a fast-paced improv group comprised of BAME improvisers, sketch performers, stand-ups and character comedians with credits on Radio 4, Comedy Central, BBC 3 and BBC1.

MUSIC BOX

Music Box improvises a different one-act comedy musical every show. Songs and lyrics are plucked from thin air. Stories and characters emerge from nothing. All you would want from a comedy show, combined with all you would want from a musical, made up on the spot. Join Music Box on an epic musical adventure where nothing is impossible.

FRIGHT CLUB

They take regular movies and horrify them! Imagine ‘Babe: Pig in the City’ where Babe gains a taste for human flesh, ‘Mrs Doubtfire’ with a nanny that is actually trying to kill the kids or ‘Twilight’ where the gorgeous shiny vampires get more old school in their dealings with mortals.
