Apart from the christmas decorations there is one thing that i really enjoy doing and that is buying others presents. I love being creative and thinking outside the box when it comes to buying gifts and i make sure that i buy things that no-one is expecting.

I love buying for family as I always plan a big present and then lots of little gifts to go around it. For the past seven years we have been abroad meaning that we have deliberately limited how much we spend on each other to something silly like 30 dollars or 20 euros so that we then buy lots of silly things for each other (and then we have lots of space in our suitcases for the January sales).

When it comes to friends I always tend to buy something silly and small because it is just Christmas and I feel that the more personal gifts (that I tend to make) are kept for their own personal day – their birthday. I find the hardest people to buy for are men, there have only been a very select few that I have found easy to buy for but a lot of the time I never know what to get and find myself getting lost. I quite enjoy doing secret santa as well as I always try and find something silly and unique for a fiver.

However, no matter who I am buying for no mission is to big or too small i love buying gifts!
