This week we look at an artist that is still in the music business but is mostly known in the U.K. For catchy songs such as Remedy that was released in 2009.
Nicknamed Little Boots by her friends because of her weirdly small feet, Victoria Hesketh has been on the music scene since 2005 where she was a member of the band Dead Disco.
When she decided to start a solo career she appeared on several shows including Later…with Jooles Holland And Last Call with Carson Daily.
In 2009 she topped the BBC Sound of 2009 and received a nomination for Critics Choice award at the 2009 BRIT Awards.
The album Hands hit the UK charts at number 5 and had hit singles such as New In Town and Remedy.
Since then she has released two more albums Nocturnes in 2013 that reached 45 in U.K. Charts and Working Girl in 2015 which reached 67.
