INTERVIEW – Common Tongue Tours Scotland this Autumn
“It’s a piece about language, identity and interrogating ideas of Scottishness.”
Hello! My name is Holly and I am the Editor of The Phoenix Remix. I am a Video Editor in the Television Industry. I write this website as a hobby in my spare time. Comedy and Music run through my veins and I love writing about them both, I adore interviewing acts and always on the lookout for something new!
I do this website completely voluntary and as a hobby and it can be thirsty work! In one year alone I write anything between 500-1000 articles. Every year for festival season I can interview up to 200-300 acts and that is not even including the interviews I do every week!
If you want to buy me a cup of tea (and a biscuit!) you are more then welcome to by going to the About page

“It’s really important to us that the show is funny for parents as well as kids, so there’s something in there for everyone.”
“Goodbye was written as my homage to her, a great mother that I miss dearly every day.”
A hug in a mug through the soundwaves…
a wonderful sunset….
“Both involve me utilising the public for personal and financial gain. “
Based on the play “Toothpaste & Cigars” by T.J. Dawe en Michael Rinaldi
