Welcome to a the feature that is going to run every other Tuesday on The Phoenix Remix! The strand Listed! has now come to an end, thank you for those who read it, however from now on we are going on a different adventure – welcome to the brand new feature called 100 Weeks of Discovery!
The shop Paperchase, is sadly coming to an end but in the weeks to the run up, I have been visiting to find out what books I can use to create articles from and luckily yet again, I was welcomed with a brand new one called A Pocketful of Self Discovery!
So for 100 weeks we are going to explore the prompts and see what happens! Enjoy!
Week 91 – Who do you look up to and why?
I look up to many people – I don’t idolise them or anything but they provide me with creativity and inspiration to keep delving into a world of imagination.
Family are my first that I always look up to as they inspire my everyday. I wouldn’t say I look up to anyone else but in a creative sense I find the work of Tom Delonge inspiring. The creativity of his ideas and the fact he is constantly creating new ideas and never gives up on his beliefs about things such as aliens is interesting.
I also admire the teams behind some of the greatest opening titles of films and television as they create amazing work.
Comedy icons such as Eric Morecambe, Chaplin, Victoria Wood, Rik Mayall and Rowan Atkinson are also inspiring and can create so much inspiration.
