There is always a story behind a photograph and I thought it would be a fun way to look at the world of travel. So, welcome to the feature that will appear regularly in the travel section.
One thing that is great about London is that there is always a new art installation or pop up piece of work to enjoy. Today’s photograph is of one of the random designs I walked past on a sunny day in the capital.
It was around 2018 or 2019 in the middle of summer when I was walking along South Bank near the Tate Modern and Millennium Bridge where I came across this art installation.
The artwork on it is created by children – I think from a local school and whilst I am not sure if the mast falling down is intended it is incredibly effective.
I adore the bright colours as it brings so much to this photograph and shows just how joyous it can be in London. It really brought so much to this area and it just made you smile to see it.
