There is always a story behind a photograph and I thought it would be a fun way to look at the world of travel. So, welcome to the feature that will appear regularly in the travel section.

Bridges – they really can really create some of the best photographers as they can provide depth and drama to an image. Today we are heading over to Spain to Seville to take a look that is really impressive.
This photograph was taken in the park in Seville – there is a big building which I think is a palace of some sort as it has this wonderful architecture. One thing that is really striking is this bridge as it is so pretty. There is a tiny bit of water that runs underneath which completes the picturesque feel to it.
I find that the more you look at this photograph, the more details you see on the bridge. It is so delicately decorated that it makes it a wonder to look at. I think the fact that the border is brown and then the middle with all the decorative artwork is what really makes the image standout and interesting.
It was quite a sunny day when I took this photo in early morning, so the natural light flare in the top right, really elevates this picture. It gives a contrast of dark and light which is needed in this photograph to work well.
The shadows at the front of the image creates a sense of depth and drama which is also fun and reels you in. If you look at the photo long enough, you will see a hint of flowers in the right corner which brings lightness to the image.
