CHICKN STUFFED PRETZEL

Today we are heading to the North Coast Fair in North East Pennsylvania to take a look at a really interesting delicacy that may make you hungry when you read about it. Welcome to the world of the Chicken Stuffed Pretzel.

Firstly, a pretzel dough is filled with grilled Italian seasoned chicken, bacon, cheese and dressing. It is then cooked like a pretzel in simmering water with baking soda. Once it is cooked, it is covered in butter and finished off with Kosher salt.

These apparently were really tasty and really works together all of the flavours. It is indulgent, and has everything you expect from a pretzel.
