It is festival season and that means that in the next month there is so many great comedy festivals to look forward to! This month we are looking at some of the great shows that you can see at the Edinburgh Fringe. So take note because we are going to give you all the information you need for just a handful of some of the great shows happening this year!

Hello! Tell us all about your show!
The show is called ‘Kiss Me x’, and the whole premise of the show is that I’m going to see if I can get an audience member on stage to kiss me at the end. Then everyone is going to cheer and tell me how hot it was. It’s also sort of about the fetishisation and demonisation of trans people and all that other stuff blah blah blah BORING get back to the kissing!
What other acts are you looking forward to seeing at the fringe?
I do not know this boy in any way but I saw Lawrence Dodd do a set at a gig recently and he was absolutely stunning. I was transfixed. Oo boy was this boy wonderful. Similarly I saw Cecily Hitchcock do a set the other day and she BLEW my TINY ITTY BITTY MIND.
Have you done the fringe before? What are the key pieces of advice you have been given or would give to new groups or people performing at the fringe.
If you’re really nice to your venue techs (and I mean REALLY nice), you’ll actually earn their trust, and they take you to their little grotto, unlocking a new section of Edinburgh, with new dialogue and quests. They’ll say stuff like ‘now you’ve earned our trust, we can tell you our scheme to explode Edinburgh Castle’, and you’ll have the option to either follow them, or leak the info to a nearby guard, who will take you to the King. Would tell you more, but don’t want to give any more spoilers!
Talk us through your daily routine for a day at the Fringe
2,000 push ups, 5,000 sit ups, and a single pull up every morning. Then a bowl of soup for lunch (on the go, spilling everywhere). Then maybe some sort of BMX activity. Then whatever I’m doing in the evening. Then bed. Then play video games. Then second bed.
Ok, where is your favourite place to eat at the Fringe?
From my secret hole. I like peering over the side and eating an additional soup while no one can see me. Sometimes I’ll reach out and grab people’s ankles as they’re walking by.
Best thing about performing at the fringe?
My ops in London are unable to reach me, due to the long train travel to get there. It takes too long to get there. They would get too sleepy.
Do you bring anything special from home to make it feel more special whilst you are away?
Some sort of large rat normally, maybe a couple of mice instead if I’m in a rush. I like to let them run loose in my apartment, up and down the walls and such. Never on the ceiling though, lest they grow arrogant in their talents.
What are your best hacks to save money whilst at the Fringe?
Stealing billions of pounds.
