Your latest single you have released:

Dexy: ‘Wishing Well’ is a tune we came up with one evening that we never got to finish in time for our current album [’Cascades’, issued October 2025], so we have just released it as a single and it will also be on a new EP out in April

Chris: It’s an upbeat song full of magical moments

Dexy: Watch the days go past in the hourglass
Chris: Someone ring the bell 

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track: 

Dexy: ‘Across The Water’ from our current album, ‘Cascades’
Chris: ‘Cascades’ from the album ‘Cascades’

Your favourite song to play live: 

Dexy: ‘Hide’
Chris: ‘Armour’

The song that was the longest to write and why?

Dexy: ‘Albatross’ had no beginning, middle or end. We kept getting lost.
Chris: I don’t think any of our songs take that long to write. They are usually done in less than a day.

One of your previous tracks you would recommend for first time listeners of your music and why: 

Dexy: ‘Golden’, from ‘Cascades’. It’s a newer one and is a good representation of where we are at now musically.

Chris: I would recommend ‘Across The Water’, because if you like that then you’ll like all of our songs.

Dream collaboration: 

Dexy: We’ve just done a dream collaboration with guitarist John Ashton of The Psychedelic Furs entitled ‘Sacred Mirrors’. We are hoping to do another with him.

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show: 

Dexy: Excitement 
Chris: Magical

The track that is most fun to play live:

Dexy: ‘Space’, as it gets people dancing
Chris: ‘Armour’

Essential items you always take on tour with you:

Dexy: mini VHS recorder, sunglasses and a good book for long rides 
Chris: flashlight, laser, star projector, tuning forks, earplugs

Describe your fans in three words:

Dexy: Sweet, supportive, loyal
Chris: Amazing, great, cool

A song released in the last few years by an artist or band you wish you had written: 

Dexy: I haven’t listened to enough new music to know 
Chris: Same

What we can look forward to from your band this year: 

Dexy: We have two new EPs on the way. ‘Wishing Well’ includes some new tracks and is out on April 24^th, followed by a remix ep in June that includes a collaboration with our labelmates Delerium. We are planning a new album in the autumn.

Chris: We are also making more music videos, remixes and updated remasters of songs we have released in the past.
