FUDGE PUPPY
Today we are heading to the Oklahoma State Fair to take a look at a really decadent dessert dish that may make you hungry when you read about it. Welcome to the world of the Fudge Puppy.
The Fudge Puppy takes a Belgian waffle and puts them on a stick. They are then dipped into chocolate and then dipped into the batter. It is a secret as to what is in the batter but it is something that can cover everything really well. Then it is put into a deep fryer.
Once the product is cooked it is then topped with a fondu style chocolate, then finished off with toffee sprinkles and a variety of syrups. It is then served with a side of fresh cream.
