Everyday this month we are looking at different songs from different films that I love and feel that they deserve their time to shine in the limelight. They are all bits of music that I love and I wanted to talk about them more in depth so that maybe you the reader can have similar experiences and understand why I like them.
Song From Soundtrack: He’s A Pirate – Klaus Badelt
Film: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
Year: 2003
No matter what your opinion is on Johnny Depp, the first Pirates Of The Caribbean is a masterpiece. Every time I hear this song I remember seeing it in East Grinstead cinema and it gives me chills.
I love this piece of music, it is so powerful, dramatic and is a song you can just get lost in. It brought the energy to the film and it is such a fantastic orchestral piece.
When I was university, there was a dance version of this track as well that used to play in the night clubs and it was so good I adored it even more. It is such a great action film song.
