Can’t Say Goodbye – Pop!
Today we are going to look at a song that was released by a pop group that were only around for a limited time. I don’t think I had even heard of them until I came across them to other day.
Pop! were a British group that were formed by Pete Waterman and were around between 2003 to 2005. Today we are looking at one of their singles. There is limited information about the group so I will try my hardest to provide what I can.
On the 30th August 2004, the group Pop! released the single Can’t Say Goodbye. It was written by Mark Topham and Karl Twigg and produced by Pete Waterman. It was released on the record label of Sony BMG. The CD version of the track had three different mixes plus the music video which you could access if you put it into the CD compartment of a PC computer.
The single did reasonably well in the United Kingdom and went into the chart position of 26 in the top 40 and lasted in the charts for three weeks.
