Name of Article: The Travel Book – Top Tips For Creating A Travel Scrapbook Pt.3
Original Publish Date: 29th October 2020
Whenever I go abroad I make sure that I print a good handful of my pictures on my return so I can scrapbook them. I sort of accidentally fell into doing this activity and since that first day I have fell in love with it. It is such a great way to display your memories and it can also be a more personal way to show them as well. So over the next few weeks I am going to give you a few top tips on how to start scrapbooking your travels. Today in the final part we look at creating pages in a scrapbook.

Plan
Whilst scrapbooking is a hobby, to make a successful book the best thing you can do is to plan a page before you stick everything down. Choose the photos that you want for a page and position them where you want them and the tickets etc to technically ‘sit’. Once you are happy then stick it all down.
Think If You Want A Theme
When I start a new country, I always change the theme in which how I decorate – I do this to make each country look unique but also to keep me enthusiastic about the scrapbooking. I do everything from changing the border patterns to changing to different stickers.
Get Creative With Stickers and Design
The great thing about scrapbooking is that you can unleash your creativity! Try lots of new ideas and if they don’t work or you are not happy with them, do not worry try something different next time!
