All year I have decided to keep a diary of tracks that I am enjoying so that maybe you can gain new ideas of tracks to listen to or even try out. So I thought what a great way to end the year and highlight some of the tracks throughout 2025 that I have enjoyed. Here are some of my favourite tracks from January to March.

08/1/2025- Thank You, Snoop Dogg feat Dr Dre
The moment I heard this song I found it so addictive. It has a really catchy chorus that when you listen to the song you end up having it stuck in your head. It is one of those songs that you will want to keep going back to and adding to playlists at is really catchy.
24/1/2025- A Stone Only Rolls Downhill, OK Go
If there is one band that always makes the most special music videos then it is OK Go. It does not matter how much time passes, they always create something crazy and unique. This particular video is using loads of mobile phones and it creates this really interesting effect. Whilst the song is good, they music video is the thing you focus on more.
27/1/2025- Wild Long Lie, Sam Fender
I only came across this song late January and it is a really nice track – it is melodic with some great lyrics to run alongside it. The thing that I really adore about this song is the saxophone solo right near the end – it is worth the listen just for that alone.
03/04/2025 – Abracadabra, Lady Gaga
This song has got me very excited as to what is to come on the latest album as it has a feel of the older music of Lady Gaga. The track is incredibly catchy and it is hard not to listen to it and end up singing along. Initially I wasn’t sure but it grows on you very quickly.
18/2/2025- Busy Woman, Sabrina Carpenter
If you are looking for something that I would say is sort of bubblegum pop then this is a track that you will like. It is not as catchy as some of her other songs but it creates a little earworm when you hear it as it has that sound to it that is familiar for Sabrina.
19/2/2025- Highway Robbery, DE’WAYNE
The one thing about DE’WAYNE is that all of his songs are very unique and have a very different sound to them. This track has an eighties feel to it and it is really hard not to enjoy the chorus as it has bold guitars and echoes throughout, very clever.
06/3/2025- Hey, Backstreet Boys
This month saw the return of Backstreet Boys to the music scene and they brought along this track with them. Initially it feels a bit slow but it grows on you and you will end up enjoying the chorus.
12/3/2025- Speed, The Wrecks
This is a return of the band The Wrecks and it has a real melodic theme to it that sort of reminds me of early noughties, late nineties. It is one of those songs that has a catchy chorus that you end up really enjoying and reminds you of a summers day.
21/3/2025- Hello Heavan, Hello, Yungblud
This month saw Yungblud return to the music scene with a track that was over nine minutes. It is one of those songs that takes you on a journey and it has some really interesting guitar riffs and solos in it that you may appreciate. I think it is a new mature approach to music for the artist and will be interesting to see where the album leads to.
