All this month we are celebrating the world of the Boyband and that means that every day of November we are delving into a different song by a different band! Let’s celebrate the boyband, there were many of them in the noughties and nineties when I was growing up so let’s relook at some of the great ones out there!

East 17 were different to other boybands – they always seemed to be or feel a bit rough. Saying that they had some really great songs. One of the songs that was one of their catchiest tracks was a song called It’s Alright – it is upbeat, catchy and still a fantastic song to this day.

It doesn’t matter if the lyrics are simple or that it has a pure nineties feel to it, it is a song that makes a room come to life and you just want to start singing along and dancing to it. The piano at the beginning is a nice touch as well.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of the band but I did like a few of their songs and their collaborations as they always stood out and were so good. A lot better then their Christmas single!
