All this month we are celebrating the world of the Boyband and that means that every day of November we are delving into a different song by a different band! Let’s celebrate the boyband, there were many of them in the noughties and nineties when I was growing up so let’s relook at some of the great ones out there!

Girls Aloud or One True Voice? That was the vote everyone was talking about and choosing between when Popstar The Rivals was around. Girls Aloud won obviously but as I was always pro-boyband I wanted One True Voice to win even though I wasn’t a fan of their song.

This is the one only of One True Voice’s songs that I know and it was the rival to the song Sounds Of The Underground and listening to it now you can see why it lost. It is soft, predictable and pretty cheesy.

Saying that, it deserves a place on the list as they lost to such an iconic band that it is fun to walk down memory lane. Which ironically they walk down a lot of streets in the video.
