I love writing about places you can stop by to eat or drink when you travel as it can be really difficult to find somewhere that is good. Today w are heading to Stirling in Scotland to a place that serves food and drink.
Vera is an Artisan Bakery that is located on King Street in Stirling. It is about a five to ten minute walk from the train and bus stations. It is halfway up a short hill and it is in an area of all the shops and hotels so it is convenient to get to. The Artisan bakery is open everyday but open slightly later on a Sunday and closes 30 minutes earlier as well.
Vera is an award winning bakery that prides itself on using traditional techniques to create sourdoughs and homemade cakes. There is a variety of food and coffees available which are all reasonably priced.
It is a place with very friendly staff, comfy seating and great coffee which is always a plus.
