There is always a story behind a photograph and I thought it would be a fun way to look at the world of travel. So, welcome to the feature that will appear regularly in the travel section.
There are a lot of wonderful places in France that when you take a photograph it creates this amazing photograph that feels rustic and lovely. Today we are looking at one of my favourite photos that I have taken on one of my holidays in France.
Aix-En-Provence is such a lovely town and there are so many places that you can take a photo and then it is just feels really iconic when you re-look at it.
This photograph was taken in one of the high streets near a market and I instantly loved it that I had to take a photograph as I wanted to remember it.
I adore the old style buildings, the wooden shutters and the old font on the wall as well. I adore the colours of the buildings and the way it has an essence of old fashioned France to it.
I really like the framing of this photograph, I adore the lampshade angled in the top and the angle of the shops that give the whole thing depth.
This photograph always makes me smile as to how grand it is and really enjoy this image.
