Hello! Tell us about yourself?

Hi, I’m Joe Tracini, i’m a comedian from London, primarily known for being an idiot and talking about my broken brain.

Tell us all about your show!

I live Borderline Personality Disorder, and I started writing this, about that, in 2020, it’s an hour of stand up about  surviving in a world that’s falling apart. I’m very proud of it, even though 90% of the material is about weird stuff i’m vaguely ashamed of.

What other acts are you looking forward to seeing at the fringe?

Nina Conti and Max Fulham. Edinburgh is the only place you can see two ventriloquists in one day.

Have you done the fringe before?

What are the key pieces of advice you have been given or would give to new groups or people performing at the fringe. I’ve never even visited, and I can’t wait. 20 years ago a really old boring actor man told me to “never go to the fringe unless you’re working it”. I, regrettably, took that advice. But i’m here now and i’m over the moon about it.

If this is your first time – what are you looking forward to?

I’m looking forward to doing the show every day, but i’m also a really big fan of seeing loads of shows in one day, and 2 is normally the maximum in the real world, so this will be a nice change.

Do you bring anything special from home to make it feel more special whilst you are away?

I may or may not have a pyjama top from when I was 18 months old that i’m unable to sleep without.

If people want to find out more about you where can they follow you on social media?

I’m on instagram @joetracini, but i’m scared to use it because of all the happy people, and i’m on twitter (X) @joetracini, but i’m scared to use it because of all the racists. It might be easier to just stand in Bristo Square and shout for me.

And Finally in three words – Why should people come and see the show?

It might help.
