It is our birthday month so to celebrate I thought it would be fun to write a couple of articles to take you behind the scenes of the The Phoenix Remix. In this article I am going to talk about how the idea for the The Travel Book article came about.

There is something that I have always loved doing – travelling. Whether it is abroad or around the United Kingdom, I love seeing new areas of the world as I feel it broadens the mind and creates happiness.

I have been to so many lovely places, I started to realise that I should be writing about them as it is so easy to go somewhere and not know where to visit, eat or stay – that is how the article The Travel Book is started.

Every article is based on personal travel experiences – over time it has evolved to look at photography I have taken, gig venues and even travel diaries I have kept and so much more. I have even had guest writers that wanted to write about it.

Travel is such an endless topic, there is always something new to talk about and something I love doing.
