All this month we are celebrating acts that you need to look out for in 2025. Leading the interviews is Boston based band Nate Perry & Ragged Company. Every Wednesday morning we will be speaking to the band to find out all about them and what they have in store for this year. Today we are going to finish off in style!

An album you could listen to repeat for hours? 

Probably Drive By Truckers’ Southern Rock Opera, or Bruce Springsteen’s Darkness on the Edge of Town.

Favourite breakfast food 

Coffee.

Dream location to travel to?

Greece, but only if my band is playing at the Parthenon [laughs].

Favourite piece of art? 

There’s a painting I bought from a local artist in Korea while I was stationed there in the Army. It’s of the Seoul skyline and it’s been on display at my place ever since. Either that or Pink Floyd’s The Wall. 

Music hero? 

Not to sound like a broken record, but Bruce Springsteen. Springsteen all day. 

A film that is your guilty pleasure 

Any ‘80s Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. I’m a sucker for one-liners.  

Favourite cartoon character

Scooby Doo.  He rode around in a cool van with his friends eating snacks and solving mysteries. Not far off from the life and times of Nate Perry & Ragged Company.
