If there is one thing I love writing about is Christmas but it is also an event that I love taking photographs of. I adore the sparkling lights of Christmas so I always take a lot of pictures. I always take a lot of images of the decorations as they fascinate me. Over the next few weeks we are going to talk about some of the photographs that I have taken over the years.
If there is one place that is wonderful for Christmas decorations then it is Glasgow. There probably are not as many as London but when you do see them they are pretty impressive.
I took this photograph near Queen Street Station every year they hold a Christmas market and there are some really amazing decorations.
I really love this photo and the juxtaposition between the bold white building and the lights on the tree against the dark, cold moonlit sky. I think it is a really unique photograph and I adore it for that.
Another reason I love this photograph is that for a Christmas and festive image it is a really dramatic. I adore it so much that it always makes me smile.
