NAANWICH

Today I wanted to delve into a product that I found by looking at the freezer aisle online at a Walmart and was surprised to find this item and I thought that I would today take a closer look at a product called the Naanwich.

Before we look at the product lets have at the company behind it. Sukhi Sungh founded the company in the United States, originally from India, the aim is to bring ‘Indian Food to American Plates.’ They create many different products including curry sauces, samosa’s, wraps and Naan Sandwiches in which we are looking at today.

The Naanwich is a frozen delicacy that you can purchase in the grocery stores. They can be bought for around $5.59 for a 10.4 ounces and two portions. The product is tender chicken pieces in Tikka Masala sauce with peas and potatoes, these are then wrapped in a Naan. The product can be cooked in a microwave and in a conventional or even a toaster oven.

According to the box, the chicken has not added antibiotics or hormones, does not have any preservatives and also has certified Halal mean. Each portion is 320 calories.

There are a lot of reviews of this product online, a lot of people praise the taste the thing that a lot of people have a lot of issues with it is that more filling is needed.
