So for 100 weeks we are going to explore the prompts and see what happens! Enjoy!

Week 38 – When did you last push the boundaries of your comfort zone?

Solo Travel

If there is one thing I love doing then it is solo travel – it can be a really fun experience and it allows you to grow as a person. The most nerve-wracking time I did this was when I lived in New York City by myself – being so far from home in an unknown environment can be quite nerve-wracking and initially it was but I slowly got used to it.

One Steep slide

Something I strongly remember from childhood is that at a lot of places we used to visit on holiday in Devon had a really steep slide in children’s play areas. As a nine year old, I found these to look terrifying but I was determined that by the time we went home I would go down this slide. I remember the fear, I remember looking down the ninety degree angle and feeling frightened and really nervous. I eventually did go down this slide and it was amazing – I went down it so many times after that as I loved the adrenaline rush.

Always looking for something new

Life is more exciting when there a few risks and chances involved. There are always things that pop up and today I have only mentioned a couple but there are so many more I could discuss. I look forward to the next one when it pops up.
