Hello! Tell us about your act ?
My show is about wanting to be a Detective as a child but growing up to realise there’s a side of the Police Force I was aware of! I also tell funny stories of being stopped as a teen because I “Fit a Description” . Attending my first ever Protest and where to find the Good Police (Trust me they’re out there)
How did you come up with the name of your show that you are taking to the Peckham Fringe?
I came up with the show name because that how I felt the police saw me when I was growing up. A black teenager walking down the road, I must be up to something right?
Tell us a little bit about your style of show?
Its a Stand Up Comedy Show so its one man with a microphone telling you how I feel about things.
How are the rehearsals going?
The previews I’ve done have been good. Positive feedback from audiences and I believe this is my best work as a comedian. I’m enjoying writing the show but its been challenging too!
What advice would you give to others who want to perform at Peckham Fringe next year?
Just Sign Up and do it!
What is the best thing about performing at the Peckham fringe?
I haven’t performed my show yet, but I’m looking forward to doing a Local festival for a change. Being a South Londoner Its natural that I perform at a South London Art Festival. My show is primarily about growing up in South London so I’m excited to perform here.
If people want to find out more about you where can they follow you on social media?
