There are so many songs that are out there everywhere then all of a sudden they disappear and you only hear from them very rarely that they can create a sense of nostalgic for you, the listener. So roll up and welcome to Forgotten Songs where we celebrate these forgotten wonders.
For Sure – Scooch
Today we are heading back to the year of the millennium to look at a pop single you may not remember and a pop group you might of forgotten about.
For Sure was a single that was released on the 24th July 2000 by the pop group Scooch. It was taken off of the debut album that was called Four Sure (note the different spellings) and was the fourth single to be released from it. The track was written by Mike Stick, Matt Aitken and Steve Crosby and released under the record label of Accolade.
The single did relatively well in the charts in the UK and went into the top forty at the chart position of 15. It was also welcomed with positive reviews from the critics.
I was never a fan of Scooch but it was one of those songs that as soon as you heard the chorus you would get it stuck in your head.
