Jimmy Dean is a brand that was founded by the musician and actor of the same name. It was founded in 1969 and even though he passed away in 2010 it has been bought by many companies with the latest being Tyson Foods. The brand do many types of frozen foods, however today we are looking at one of their breakfast bowls.

Delights Breakfast Bowl Turkey Sausage is a microwavable dish that you can have in the morning. Each bowl is 270 calories and consists of turkey sausage, diced potatoes, scrambled egg whites and cheddar cheese.

Apparently each serving contains 19g of protein. Each container has eight servings in the packet. They also have 12 grams of fat.
