Welcome to a the feature that is going to run every other Tuesday on The Phoenix Remix! The strand Listed! has now come to an end, thank you for those who read it, however from now on we are going on a different adventure – welcome to the brand new feature called 100 Weeks of Discovery!

The shop Paperchase, is sadly coming to an end but in the weeks to the run up, I have been visiting to find out what books I can use to create articles from and luckily yet again, I was welcomed with a brand new one called A Pocketful of Self Discovery!

So for 100 weeks we are going to explore the prompts and see what happens! Enjoy!

Week 16 – Contribution to Society

Charity

Whenever I can I try to donate to charity – whether that is money, donations of items or my time, I do like to try and give something back. When I was in college, I volunteered in a Red Cross Shop once a week and at University I was part of RAG and even volunteered for the local RSPB site. I like giving back and hoping that I am able to do more in the future – especially for nature and wildlife.

I like to think that in some ways, this website contributes to society. I do all of this website in my spare time and do it all or free. I hope that is it an outlet for people to learn about bands, improv, teams and comedy they may not of heard of.
