We sent our reviewer Damian to see Sasha Ellen: When Life Gives You Ellens Make Ellenade

Sasha has great presence from the moment she bellows her own introduction to the room! Who needs an MC?
“Ellenade” is a standup set musing on breaking up with a nice guy, the challenges of dating given how different & scary some people are (though Sasha is aware of her own glass house), with a recurring motif of pizza.
We get some friendly interaction with the audience, a few slides, and boundless energy. Sasha comes across as genuine, likable, and is very funny. I think the audience was glad that there was an uplifting end to the tale.
Sasha has an astonishing wealth(?) of of eccentric encounters to draw on for her stories of dating. Or perhaps it is a standard level of strangeness and the show is blending comedy with sociology!
